Couple of weeks after the crowdsale Parity Multisig wallets got hacked and a vast majority of the assets got frozen, including all of the tokens of the team. The event was devastating for us. In the face of total uncertainty, we decided to go all-in with our personal money to save Hedge. Everything we are developing is being financed by the team.
As you can imagine, we had to make some tough decisions including what our focus would be, what should be developed and what not, if we should be MiFID II regulated, how the token should be used, etc.
I believe the decisions that were made are the right ones, as we are building the fastest, fully MiFID II compliant, with highest levels of security, and great customer support crypto asset exchange.

What Am I Doing?
Hedge Token was one of my favorite projects. I was quite dismayed after the Parity wallet problem. So I just took my HDG tokens and put them away for safe keeping. Now I am thrilled that I did not sell my HDG. This rebrand to Blocktrade will be super beneficial for the community.
The result will be 10 Blocktrade tokens for every 1 Hedge Token held. I don't know the exact time of the Airdrop but it is supposed to happen within the next few weeks.

Good to have your feedback on this @hilarski , my portfolio has a decent amount of HDG and I wasn't sure how this rebranding would affect my investment

Good luck to the team and holders. I loved HDG, but sold them after the parity issues, admittedly a little early.
