For a while now many different groups have flocked to the App Telegram to connect, chat, and conduct what ever business they are interested in. The Crypto community is one of those groups. Recently a user by the name Joe W created a group called Circle (CRCL)...
Joe, who is quickly being called "Creator" has stated little about the intent of what Circle is or is going to be other than what can be found in the pinned post.

To make Circle show up in your wallet. Click "add custom token" and see info below..
Contract address: 0x03d4d7e2cbaba7f86246bb94a35ba8e0e6fbedfa
Token Symbol: CRCL
Decimals: 18
Interestingly enough a member has already claimed to have spent 500,000 CRCLs on two Domino's Pizzas which has caused quite a bit of speculation as to the value of this Free ICO. Have a look for yourself:

Circle round, Circle round
To coins we give thanks
And through coins we are found.
No dev team or leader
At last we are equals.
For now we have circle
The Coin for the people.
The telegram group has now passed 1000 members. The Circle grows....
its pretty backed up right now but i got 100,000 CRCL and .01 ETH from just joining and chatting
That's another thing about this, Joe W has floated the bill for the gas to deliver all those coins. It may not be that much to some but it's a lot to many.
