Hey guys,
I'm definitely not a crypto professional, but I've been paying a lot of attention to Ripple. Yesterday I came across a picture on twitter where someone said that Ripple could be worth over a thousand bucks by the year 2020. I've always had the feeling that I missed out on bitcoin, so I bought some along the way, but these days it's almost impossible for me to buy a whole bitcoin for a long term hold.
So, I've been trying to figure out what all these alt coins are about. I've watched Cliff High saying that Ripple may not be a good choice, but on the other hand I totally understand it's usage. In my opinion banks in my country will not buy big into bitcoin or ethereum, so am I totally on the wrong track when I think that within the next few years Ripple could become big?
Let's say I have the choice to buy 1 bitcoin or (exchange it for) 10.000 Ripple. Sure, bitcoin could hit 5000 bucks in the near future, but could Ripple hit 1 dollar at that same time? We're facing a double return of investment in this fantasy of mine. Let's not mention to do the same with 10 bitcoins. I know Adam Meister would kick me in the nuts for doing these kinds of trades, but is it that wrong to think like this?
I really would appreciate any advise from you guys. Like I said, I'm not a crypto professional.
Peace to the world!
Cryptocurrencies are going through a boom right now. I would recommend diversifying and buying at least a little bit of what you really want.

Good points in this blog. I was about to post a similair post. The decision to buy a coin should be based on real analysis of the coin. I found that people keep buying coins without have any knowledge of them. This is considered high risk. Personally I always use: https://www.coincheckup.com I really missed a platform that analyses every single coin in depth but this site gave me all the answers.
