They say they offer incentives for people to participate in the test net. Will have to check it out.
It's a shame there have been a few delays on the project. Hopefully, Shelly releases by the end of the year or January 2020 latest.
This is the second testnet with networking enabled. The third and final one will have incentives for staking with real rewards.
Much rather it be delayed and works when released. The launch so far has been very thorough and methodical which I like
