A couple of months ago, yet another cryptocurrency wallet, Byteball, held an airdrop... well, then it was mostly beneficial for people with Estonian citizenship and an eesti.ee e-mail address.
There was a lot of earning and profiting from referrals - even I earned an easy $40 (which became 30€ when converting from one currency to another and paying transaction fees to Coinbase, mostly).
But no, this isn't one of those posts where I brag about earning 30 bucks by doing nothing...
Byteball is back with another airdrop!
And this time it's for those who use Steemit! ... and have at least 30 rep.
This article by @punqtured reveals a full explanation and guide on how to set up and benefit from Byteball as a Steemit user!
TL;DR
Step 1. Install Byteball (also available as an app in the Play Store)
Step 2. Have a friend (preferrably me) send you 0.0006 GB on your wallet's receive address
Step 3. Follow the Steem Attentation bot's orders (you can find him in chat > bot market)
Step 4. ???
Step 5. Profit.
The rewards you get on Byteball depend on your reputation score (the number in brackets next to your username).

The Steemian Rewards will be distributed to you on a 50/50 basis, meaning 50% of your rewards will be given to you as liquid useable crypto right away and 50% will be given to you as a smart contract which will release the share as a useable liquid in a year.
With that said, don't forget to back up your wallet through the settings, as you won't be able to access your wallet any other way.
