Recently the Coin market have cooled down a little bit and now we see cryptocurrencies to be stable at about where they are now.

Everywhere is claimed, that if a cryptocurrency has to be strong, it should guarantee low transaction taxes, combined with fast transaction time and preferably being stable in price.
Of course, if you have some investments, you will be very likely to anticipate your coin to become stronger and more expensive. Who doesn't want to get some extra profit without doing anything at all...

This week, and the previous, my favorite Gridcoin is being stable at about 0,10$. We saw it reach about 0,21$ a piece, but its price dropped significantly, making company of all coins. Today it's price is even at about 0,09$, but still think, that we will see it rise sooner or later.

I have sympathy about this coin, because it's a way different from all other coins. The Distributed Computing is in advantage of various projects, which require a lot of power, and I happily share part of my computer's resources, being in some BOINC projects.
Is Gridcoin the currency of the Science? It really deserves to be one of the top currencies, although currently owning #297 in the coinmarketcap chart.

Let's help this coin to gain popularity. Invest responsibly, mine Gridcoin and help the science!
Sincerely hope to see Gridcoin bloom sooner or later!

What exchanges is gridcoin on? How do you keep and use yours?

I possess Gridcoin in eobot.com where I have other cryptocurrencies too. In fact it's a cloud mining tool. I have some Gridcoins in their official wallet too. It's available on their website. Still, the bigger exchange markets accept and trade the coin.

Thx I am going to look into this coin

We aren't being traded enough. we need more adoption from exchanges. hope the foundation would do something.

central exchanges that do GRC are all closed from new registration.

its ironic we rely on bitcoin. GRC should have its own feet.

While I agree, we have a relatively low trading base and it isnt feasible for the centralised exchanges to have us to any other pairs. It is the chicken or the egg conundrum, we just need to continue spreading the word and getting people to contribute to science instead of pointless hash, and once the word is out and people adopt, then we will see the fruits of that

yes true.. I say lets revive the removal of group requirment to start. we need full boinc user adoption before we look outside.

I think the team reqirement is a technical requirement that needs overcoming... Its not as easy as just saying lets not use the Gridcoin team anymore, I think it is there to reference RAC against other users and not the entire system
