Nebula DApp Hatchery Description

In order to allow everyone to successfully complete and submit their own DApps, a small group has been established to provide specialized technical guidance services for the group so that everyone can devote more energy to project development.

At present, this group is only for students who have a certain technical foundation but are not familiar with the development of the entire nebula Dapp.
