RE: What is Considered "Real" Worth in Our Lives?

in #crypto4 years ago

Definitely giving this a follow. This is the type of content I want to read on here. Mind boggling questions.

I think these are really interesting perspectives. And I really believe that one of the best ways a human can live out their life is in peace and contentment. The clarity and joy that comes with that is just... Calming and different. No extra stuff you don't need, no superfluities.

Another interesting thought is, oftentimes, picking a minimalist lifestyle over greed or the need to keep climbing that ladder, can have far reaching effects beyond you, and it can be really selfish.

I think everyone owes it to their future kids, family and friends to try and be successful, especially if they're not. Because that contentment could mean lesser opportunities for those kids while they're growing up. And that's a sad thing to see.

I'll be happy to see what other people think about this topic.

But to answer the question, I think I'll place family over my contentment. Because I think that our relationships with people is perhaps the realest worth in our lives.
