Thing is though, it doesn't need to be "legalized". It's already completely legal. What's implied is heavy regulation. Trading licences, audits, bankers etc. The things that keep the little people in their place. They want to set up the same old structures in the crypto world. Which goes against the reason Bitcoin came along.
