I think it's obvious governments will try to control cryptocurrencies. And if they can't then simply introduce their own by force.
100% agree. A digital currency is the ultimate way to track everything, so given our present world, that would seem to agree with the goals of government. Be interesting to see whether we can keep a crypto fully independent.

Your encrypted wallet that holds your wealth represents their biggest fear as they need to control the money to control the people ! Take that away from them and they will be lost and irrelevant !!
