Two Things Every Crypto Founder Needs

in #crypto10 days ago

Every crypto founder/CEO/leader should do these two things!

I see a lot of crypto projects struggle to get something successful because they don't know what to build. Here's how to fix that information deficit:

1: Use Crypto

Like actually use crypto. Pay bills with it. Pay employees. Earn yield. Use Web3 sign-ins, use blockchain social media, whatever.

Basically, use your own product or you don't know if it actually works!

This is the primary reason I decided to live entirely on crypto many years ago. I needed the best data possible on what works and what doesn't from a digital cash perspective.

2: Do Bizdev

Doing business development is another extremely important metric. If using it tells you if the tech you built works or not from a user perspective, doing bizdev tells you if it works for other businesses.

You'll get super informative questions about how many TPS the chain can do, what SDKs are built out, security, does it support common key derivation standards, does it have smart contracts, and so on.

Every founder should have a grasp of the tech, yes, and other high-minded things like economic principles.

But understanding what its users actually want, both individuals and companies, is an invaluable guide.

So do it: live on crypto for a couple of weeks, and talk to businesses about integrations and partnerships. Guarantee it'll align your goals better.

Yes. Be a customer of your product and ask customers. They will tell you.

And do B2B as well so other businesses tell you what you need.

This is why I think InLeo is going to do great: @khaleelkazi actually uses his product, and does bizdev and partnerships himself.
