Is Switzerland still that tax haven? I have very big doubts about that.
Which makes me wonder if they by now do give info to the Dutch tax authorities like they "asked" for a few years ago.. I believe they.do.

In regards to your question. I do not know to what extent they have fulfilled those obligations.
The truth is that with the current opening to the blockchain there is a great fiscal flexibility to facilitate the opening of new capital. You can imagine the financial explosion of today.
