Agree with you @crypto2crypto .
- That’s why I think decentralized market places e.g Request Network , and similar others are very useful where people can really buy and sell real products and services using different crypto currencies. Not to mention loyalty program coins “Nucleus vision” as well as “Pundix” machines distributed in coffee shops ... All these and the like projects are real world usage of crypto will lead to mainstream adoption.
- On another hand, if we compare the crypto technology adoption to any other tech adoption the past we will find that some old generations still not comfortable to use smart phones, touch screens, or even the internet surf !! However, a mass adoption occurred to such tech. What I want to say the mass adoption will happen in the coming generation ( 10-20 years to come) where crypto , which currently used by tech savvy young and little mid age people, will be used by the children of today!
- Things take time, but your question will always be valid “ which currencies will be alive and which will be died by that time” - Which new born crypto currencies will take over the older ones?
Only time could tell -:)
Without the ability to transact and not be dependent fiat we cannot truly grow.
