Today's thoughts
I'm keen to get into today's workout. I'm on a Push, Pull, Legs programme. Yesterday's push session whetted my appetite, and I'm ready to kick on.
Speaking of appetite, curbing my sweet tooth will be a big part of this transformation. I'm taking nutrition seriously and eating clean. I usually have a flexible diet, but I want to be strict for the first phase of this transformation. Out go the desserts; in come the spinach and asparagus!
