I just got this email from the Federal Court of Australia informing me that Justice Cheeseman will deliver Judgement on Meta and Google's interlocutory applications (to stay or de-class the case) tomorrow.
Judgements are public so interested parties can join (silently) on the MS Teams link below.
This will be the second interlocutory judgement in the case (in June 2022 the Judge ruled that I had a prima facie case and gave me leave to serve Meta and Google.). It will be the first Judgement in a contested hearing (with Meta and Google in Court).
