Joseph Lubin from Ethereum said that after completing Layer One now its time to move on layer Two means phase Two you will able to see it in 2018
During discussion with reporters the co-founder of ETH Lubin said that you will see phase Two with systems ramify and mature
Also he said we are moving to Space where eth can serve layer 1 and also perform thousands of transaction and the layer two systems and we’re going to see that ramified this year
