Yes! But we cannot really say anything as of now. I have seen yesterday that US government has started a regulatory body to check genuinity of the ICOs because most of the companies are starting icos and cheating people and they don't want list their companies on stock exchanges because it requires a lot of paper work. This news from Google, Facebook and formation of regulatory bodies result in panicking situation and market will be on pressure..
