Maybe i don't understand a lot about Anarchy, but yes :
a system of consensus based GOVERNANCE without centralized GOVERNMENT
is exactly what i mean for an alternative system that will substitute the current corrupted governments that we have ( ..I am Italian, and being one I know how corrupted the system can get )
