Credits: cointelegraph.com
A lot of the news is talking about, * how companies are moving out of the US to more favorable regulatory environments like Malta, Switzerland, Japan and Singapore etc*, but US? It's hard to understand.
The problem with US right now is the fact that they haven't firmed up anything in regulation in the US. So, US being one of the most favorable countries for ICOs? It's confusing.
This would be a case where some people will say, we don't believe you, but maybe they are missing something here, maybe they are looking at it the wrong way.
Funding ICOs? Yeah, there's a lot of money coming in ICOs from America for sure but one of the best place for ICOs?
Maybe that just means that a lot of money is coming in into ICOs from the USA, maybe that's what it means. But in terms of starting a nice deal in US, some people wouldn't right now with the regulatory uncertainty that is surrounding the US.
Maybe it's a FOMO, or fake news. Let me know your thoughts on this, whether US is truly the most favorable country for ICOs.
