One thing that never got covered in this interview, is how a regular full node becomes a 'Master Node' and then gets payouts in DASH for playing a major role in the DASH blockchain. Essentially, to be a Master Node, you must maintain a balance of 1000 DASH as well as make some changes to the software setup. I won't get technical, but that means that of the 7.3M DASH currently generated on the blockchain 4.565M DASH are in a locked state, and have an incentive to help the currency succeed (4565 master node count today x 1000 DASH each).
