Happy New Year first of all to all!
Today as a symbolic date, I will take a look at all my cryptocurrencies accounts, and will calculate how much I have made since last years January 13th, the day when I have deposited my 25 USD, into one of my eWallets. Since then it have been many exciting days when it comes to coins, blockchain, and the whole cryptoenvironment. Who could tell just a year ago, that bitcoin, and all movement would hit mass media, and people on the streets would start talking about Bitcoin..... Well, maybe Roger Ver saw that vision long long time ago, but definitely not me lol. Ok lets start looking into my total holdings.

I have about 15.700 BNK, and I am getting the dividends every week: nice! Total holdings in this account: 285 Eur (as we speak).
Cryptonator was my Plan B wallet all the time, I like it because of the simplicity, and safety (2 factor authentication etc..) so there I have: 53.88 GBP. I am holding in British pounds for the reason to diversify and to spread the currency fluctuation risks.
And ofc Bittrex, here is my main trading account, and I have just over 220 USD, which is always changing because coin prices are constantly on the move.
So total capital in almost a year (I ll count it in American Dollars for simplicity): 342 USD + 72 USD + 220 USD = 634 USD
So in year 2017 I have raised my cryptocapital from 25 USD to 634 USD. That is 2535% increase. Not bad, considering when I have bought Bitcoin it was around 800 USD, and now it is about 13 000 USD. So if I would leave my account just with bitcoin, I would be gaining 1625%. So what I have learned over that year:
Cryptocurrency (not sure if Bitoin) is the future money,
Coins, ICOs etc are the fastest and simplest way nowadays to raise capital for good projects / companies (some scams too.... unfortunately),
Blockchain technology is getting adopted all over the world, and business starting recognition the benefits of this technology,
Some governments are already very positve about whole evolution of cryptoworld, and blockchain, so they are releasing new laws, or adapting the old one to the changing ecosystem. But some govs are totally against it and building barries (china... etc).
With such fast changes, 2018 year should be even more exciting, and with the right knowledge it is very possible to use the growth of cryptocapital to our own advantage.

Can you elaborate more on the 25 USD and the gains?
Did you only put in 25 USD in January and have only been reinvesting the profits?
Yes, I have been reinvesting profits. First I was very aggressive with my investments and looked for ways to double up or triple up fast, but later I've noticed that +5% or 10% gains are doable much faster, so my strategy went to medium risk. Then I was even more cautious and split my crypto holdings into three different eWallets. So now I am growing them with different tactics, but as the whole crypto capitalisation grows, the whole three portfolios are growing.
As I see it, 25 USD is not changing life one way or another, so I kept "playing" with it, and getting knowledge, that was the most important for me.
I agree in the long run,
as the adoption, mass media, and scarcity of the whole idea will push the price up. And more people will join the waggon.
Anyway, my main goal is and partly I reached it: I was looking for the knowledge about coins, cryptos, Bitcoin, and the whole movement, so I know much much more now, and I am ready to move to the other level!
