Judge orders BitGrail's BTC to be seized.

Yesterday a judge from the Tribunal of Florence ordered to seize all the BTC assets of the fallen BitGrail Italian Cryptocurrency exchange. BitGrail did not inform about the total ammount of BTC that had been seized however it might be over $100 million USD.

This follows a petition to the court by BitGrails victims to seize all the assets of the BitGRail exchange since the company is officially bankrupt under article 6 of the Italian Bankruptcy law.

All this dates back to February when BitGrail suffered an alleged cyber attack which caused more than 17 million Nano (XRB, formerly known as Rayblocks at the time) that were worth more than $187 million USD at the time.

Also on May 3rd, BitGrail tried to reopen the exchange, and did so but only for barely 3 hours after shutdown was mandated once again by the Court of Florence.
