Yes. If you're getting in now, make sure you have some tight stop-losses, especially if you're at the higher end of your investing limits. And be sure to hold some back just in case large corrections do occur.

Nope, we all know this will continue as is forever, that is how markets work :p. Good points @ats-david I really hope no one makes a rash move with money they can't afford. If you can't spend it, you can't buy crypto with it.
The pumps won't stop, because the market cap is rising overall. Technologies are being added (SegWit to Litecoin) and coins are being added to more exchanges around the world. This enhances the Network Effect, while allowing more fresh capital inflows. Any pullbacks will be short term.
Wish I had a crystal ball!! They could go either way at this point. More likely up though as the fiat is on life support......
