Lisk is a decentralised platform to build blockchain applications. Think of the apps on your phone - Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram (don't ask why I chose only social media) but take those and think of Lisk as the platform to build apps similar to those but best of all its on the blockchain!
Lisk has a very powerful API and is based on the Java script. A lot of developers love Lisk and there has been a strong support. What Lisk lacks although is a strong brand and presence.

Lisk went to 3$ today !. I think it can rise to 5$ until the end of year.
It hasn't even touched its previous highs. So I definitely agree.
