    Changelly partners with Polo. More often than not, when you go to the Changelly homepage there is a warning message that "our exchange partner Poloniex is experiencing technical issues and transactions could take up to several hours" etc.

    Does that mean that Changelly is using Poloniex as a proxy?

      You are the first person I have hear of this from, and you are pretty sharp, so my crypto would bet you are right Shayner.
