Thank you for sharing, do you use a different sheet to track your trades? It took me some time to set a decent file up that was able to match the different trading pairs to USD and ultimately EUR so I could keep track on my profit and loss (none yet ;-)) for tax reasons.
Exchanging ETH agains XRP, include fees, match to actual price of ETH to USD and match that to EUR made me some headache.
Blockfolio did not do the trick for me here

I use a version of this same spreadsheet, I just added some buttons for updating the prices. If you look at the comments of the original post, you can find out more about what I customized.
Yeah, taxes make everything worse.
