There are some crypto picks that really stand out and as all of us here love to see STEEM is one of them - Boo-Yah! With the current price of STEEM around $1.60 it has almost hit my prediction of $2.00... will my prediction be right and we top the $2 mark? IMOP we are still on track to do so. Some others include lesser known Pinkcoin & recent up incomer ByteCoin up 191% and 53% respectively. I thought Fedoracoin was dead. The rest of coins seem solid to me or I do not know anything about them.
I personally have at the moment some Steem, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Gridcoin and Bitshares, in that order of amount invested.
Gridcoin is a cryptocurrency Proof of Work + Proof of Stake, but the Proof of Work mechanism is very different to other coins because it rewards scientific cimputing projects like map the universe or research for cures, by using BOINC projects. Most projects available for contributing are backed by universities.
Fedoracoin is very much alive and pretty volatile thats for sure, need a strong stomach to play this one. I have been riding the wave on this one and sold a few times on the higher end , but looking for a super run to happen at some point. Purely a gut feeling move π
Nice portfolio, However I think you should invest in more stable coins with better project and team backing. Not saying that the coins that you have are bad, but make sure you have some strong coins to keep your portfolio safe, these coins seem very volatile and some of them have no real substance. You did good by investing into Siacoin, but maybe you should also invest in coins such as Golem, Omisego and Waves. Nice post nevertheless.
Great advice! I do, for most part, invest in the more stable coins, the majority of my holdings actually + STEEM π This was a smaller most recent investment run, I did not include the big long term coins , didn't feel it was very interesting π€ Plus I am looking for larger returns on this investment, so more volatile is good with me, I have sell off points and break even points , I may share these as well at some point. Maybe I'll write a how to always break even post , the rest is just pure profit! Post.

Congratulations, but peg your assets to BTC, not USD. Don't lie to yourself about gains, only look at your portfolio in terms of gains/losses against BTC
Well the USD price is solely based off the current price of BTC... its just a lot easier to read. So it is against BTC β and when I put them all together add up the current value in BTC and compare to where I bought... same awesome percentage of gains π

Congrats on the picks man. Unfortunately a lot of my crypto is tied up in trades i made at near all time highs in ETH, ETC, and Ripple for the most part. I'm hoping BTC volatillity begins to slow and maybe see some of those prices pick back up!
