IOTA: A crypto with NO TRANSACTION FEES

With the recently rising BTC transaction fees, I thought this might be interesting for a lot of users.

Yup, look at that beautiful line there. For a small price of $20 you can send the very fast (with only a few thousand backlogged transactions) and convenient BITCOIN.

There's a way to get past this though. IOTA is a cryptocurrency without any transaction fees. It is great for micropayments and can handle a large amount of transactions at once. Not only that, but IOTA can also

  • Transfer messages, similarly in fashion to a chat channel
  • Allow for e-governance through e-voting
  • Allow data to be encrypted and sent to other parties safely and securely
  • Allow leasing services, where you can lend your items to other users and have it backed by IOTA

And it is completely scalable! Never will it see massive transaction holdups like Bitcoin is seeing now!

This is because IOTA does not use a traditional blockchain to process transactions. It uses a new technology called the Tangle.Screenshot(1).png

There's no point in me going technical here, because you can just read the whitepaper

Download the Wallet, buy some IOTA, and go to the Reddit if you need more help. For all you beggars out there there's even a faucet on the Reddit.

EDIT:

I forgot to mention one thing. To keep it viable, there will be automatic quantity adjustments. For example, if the cost of one million IOTA (1 MIOTA) crosses a dollar or so, the amount of IOTA in everyone's wallets will be doubled. In this way, IOTA would come down to 50 cents but nobody would lose money. The lower price would allow for better microtransactions.
