I fully agree with your SEC analysis, its weird that they can deem tokens as securities without officially deeming cryptos as currencies. It will be interesting to see how this all develops. As a sidenote, all of this just seems to add more legitimacy to the crypto world as more and more governments/agencies are slowly being forced to validate cryptos as a true monetary instrument and/or currency (AKA cryptos are finally crossing the viral line and can no longer be ignored).
