What is up fellow crypto followers?
Lately we are seeing a bunch of strange movements with Bitcoin fork being cancelled, some say that Bitcoin Cash will take over, but I do not believe in such crazy scenarios.
So, today we are here to talk about another eCommerce oriented cryptocurrency. There is quite a run to be the first to launch a working eCommerce based in crypto. Few days ago I review PARTICL, and now it’s BAZISTA time.
Bazista team believes that Bitcoin should be looked at as a method of payment and not as an exchange asset that has the value in fluctuations due to rumors, hype and speculation (very true in the last few days).
Selling goods and/or services online has many advantages, both for the consumer and for the seller. High costs associated to the search and acquisition of a physical space, staff and management costs, commissions, taxes, etc… We are seeing a movement for the online market, but the internet Is also changing, becoming decentralized…
"Bazista is a marketplace that offers you an easy and reliable way to exchange goods and services for more than 5 different digital assets."
Bazista labels itself as “Lady and Mister”, clearly stating that they are here to help both sides of the eCommerce. They want to be a simple and safe platform for exchanging goods and services using the blockchain technologies.
Buyers can use pay-per-click, no behind payments, tax free, instant transfers, internal tokes, and many more… Sellers will be happy with low fee’s, tax free transactions, instant payments, marketing help with some provided tools, and so on…
Many tools will be present In Bazista in order to ease consumer and seller time on the platform, such as ranking systems, several payment options with low to zero fees, secure transactions, transition arbitrations, and much more.
TO THE CUSTOMER:
- Not mandatory to be registered in the platform. Anonymous buyers are permitted.
- Using cryptocurrency there is no fee in coin conversion. (For instance, in paypal you pay around 2% for the EUR<->USD conversion)
- Currently there is no law about the exchange of cryptocurrency, so no taxes are applied.
- Special discounts for BZS token holders that can go up to 70%. (There will be a special fund reserved to this discounts)
- Friendly interface will provide a better buyer experience.
TO THE SELLER:
- On the start the Bazista commission can go as high as 4%, but this can be lowered by number of deals, amount transitioned, or token holding. Can be reduced to zero.
- By using cryptocurrency there is no need to spend time validating and waiting for international payments.
- You can create an internal network for other people to sell your products and manage their rewards..
- Wide range of technical and marketing tolls available to help the sale.
There will be a ranking system for both customer and consumer in order to help find reliable deals and partnerships. The system to be implemented will insure that deals are fulfilled and items are properly tracked and delivered if that is the case.
One of the problems of being a decentralized platform is the lack of control, there is no empowerment entity, and here again the ranking system is very useful to restrict goods and services that are not in agreement with the law.
There is also something for the users that are looking to accumulate some cryptocurrency tokens and not exchange goods or services, in fact you are doing kind of a service. The platform will give you the possibility of earning tokens by promoting other users deals, you can also share some announcements in social media in return you will get Bazista tokens.
This project is an example of transparency and full disclosers team profiles. I’m really amazed with the profiles of the team members, they managed to join the experience with the visionary minds of the youth.
Starting with the CEO Vakhtang Abuladze started his career a long time ago and successful graduated in Accounting and Management. Will take responsibility for the financial and operating model.
Denis Shokolov is graduated in Political Science and have eight years of experience in the media working with worldwide recognition brands. He is one of the minds behind the idea of Bazista and will oversee the marketing department.
Maksim Orlov will be the main developer, should be no problem to a seven years experienced computer engineers with good background in financial software.
Alina Polianskikh is a well known radio host with several humanitarian missions on her hands, travel a bit around the world and has the worldwide knowledge to be the head of PR.
For finalizing, the pretty face of Bazista team, Tatiana Gomzicova, has four years of experience in social media marketing and will be a very valuable asset in promoting the project.
This project is built on top of the Ethereum network, using the most advanced smart contract available protocol ERC223. This token will have the symbol BZS and the total supply is 440.000.000 BZS tokens that will be distributed in the following way:
Tokens (BZS) | % | Goal |
---|---|---|
321.200.000 | 73% | Crowdsale |
66.000.000 | 15% | Founders and team |
17.600.000 | 4% | Marketing campaign |
13.200.000 | 3% | Pre ICO |
13.200.000 | 3% | Advisors |
8.800.000 | 2% | Bounty |
There are 321,2M BZS to be distributed during the crowdsale, that will be splitted into two fases:
Phase | Start | End | Tokens Available | Discount | Tokens per ETH |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
pre-ICO | November 16th | November 21st | 13,2M BZS | 30 % | 13.300 BZS |
ICO day 1 | December 4th | December 5th | 308 M BZS | 15 % | 12.650 BZS |
ICO day 2-7 | December 5th | December 12th | 308 M BZS | 10 % | 12.100 BZS |
ICO day 8-14 | December 12th | December 19th | 308 M BZS | 5 % | 11.550 BZS |
ICO day 15+ | December 19th | January 1st | 308 M BZS | 0 % | 11.000 BZS |
Learning for the mistakes that they have seen in other crypto related projects, Bazista team do not want to be greedy and set reasonable caps for the crowdsale. So, the minimal cap is $1.3M (approximately 3800 ETH) and hard cap is $9.9M (around 23200 ETH).
If by some unfortunately the minimal cap is not reached, all the raised money will be returned to their original owners.
Unsold tokens will be locked into a smart contract and can only be accessible after 6 months with the purpose of being used to do a marketing campaign.
The funds gathered during the crowdsale will be applied into Bazista in the following way:
- 55% Platform development.
- 35% Marketing.
- 10% Legal and Administrative costs.
Bazista are also running some really good, well paid bounty campaigns. You can find them in BitcoinTalk forum HERE, and HERE.
