We are happy to announce that we have rebranded our blog from crypto101 to CryptoAuthority! There may be some minor changes that still need to be made and will be completed within the next 24-hours but don’t worry you can find us at http://www.cryptoauthority.co.uk and on twitter at @cryptoauthrit. So why the rebrand? There are quite a few reasons which we will expand on but summarised up here they are:

Leaving Beta stage and officially launching the Blog
Conflict of interest with a podcast called crypto101
We wanna offer cryptocurrency related merchandise

We launched back in early-November 2017 and we have been in the Beta Stage of the blog since. We made this choice as we were both new to cryptocurrencies and new to the whole blog-running scene -as you know we are full-time students at University. Therefore, we felt it was appropriate to remain in Beta-stage until now, as we now believe the blog is running smoothly and growing over time organically. By no means do we put ourselves out there as being experts in anything cryptocurrency related, the Blog will still remain a place where we talk about different cryptocurrency related topics and share our own personal views as crypto-enthusiasts.
When we initially launched our blog post last November we were not aware of the fact that a podcast called crypto101 existed as it was not very popular back then. Over time it has become quite popular-number 1 on iTunes- and this has become a problem over time. Some of our Blog post fans have followed them on social media, thinking it is us and vice versa. Therefore, we decided to rebrand since they begun using crypto101 before us, it is only fair that we make the change. Hopefully, now we will not be confused with anyone else can create a successful name for ourselves.
Lastly, we wanna offer merchandise for sale on our blog post. Initially, this will be third-party merchandise as we are not ready to launch our own but we hope that in the next couple of months we will be ready to launch our own merchandise making our CryptoAuthority logo brand name widely recognised within crypto-scene.
