XBRL is the international standard of digital reporting for businesses. The Populous XBRL Platform PXP is going to aggregate this data and make it viewable in a way that will provide business intelligence.
This data will help invoice financiers on the Populous platform decide weather or not a particular business is worthy of getting a loan from them and at what interest rate. It can also be purchased by entrepreneurs and businesses of any size with PXT tokens for intelligent business decision making.
This type of intelligence can also be used to rate the political, economic, social, and technological development of geographic locations and help business owners compare their options before making big moves. This takes a lot of risk out of business decisions and is a very valuable tool.
The real estate registry data can be used for real estate agents to locate distressed property for discounted investments and can compare the potential future valuations of properties in the area based off of historical performance.
Overall I really like that the Populous platform is creating this database to assist their invoice lenders and it is great to see that they are expanding into more than one area to serve businesses.
