Could This Be Why The Market Is Dipping?

Yesturday, CNBC claimed that South Korea's Financial Service Commission had placed bans on anonymous trading.

Also that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission obtained a court order to freeze the assets of an initial coin offering claiming to have raised over $600 Million.

There is no word as to which ICO had their assets frozen however given the large evaluation it only leaves it up to a handful of ICO's.

CNBC:

There was no significant driver behind the widespread drop late
Tuesday morning. South Korea's Financial Service Commission did
confirm to CNBC that new measures, such as bans on anonymous trading
accounts, had been implemented. The U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission also announced Tuesday it obtained a court order to freeze
the assets of an initial coin offering claiming to have raised $600
million.

I do believe strongly that this is going to be the year of the ICO's however I ALSO believe that at the same time comes a year of intense government regulations on this sector of cryptocurrency.

Leaving just the legitimate ones to prevail making your choice of what ones will be the winner that much more difficult.

On the other hand with much more potential upside to picking the correct ones to invest your money into.

Do i feel this news is a major impact of how the markets are reacting as of late? Maybe. I also know that these dips are only temporary and fundamentals always win over FUD.
