I like that the Effect.ai is implemented on the NEO platform - it's a young rapidly developing platform that in the future will seriously compete with the Etherium.
I'm also attracted to the fact that this project implements non-standard methods for blockchain powered AI development, decentralized, distributed computational platform that will run popular deep learning frameworks.
