ONE Bitcoin for ONE MILLION DOLLARS? Sounds too crazy to be true.

But...if you believe Wences Casares, there's a 50% chance of that happening.

What do YOU think? What will the price be 5 years from now? $5000? $500?

$50,000? $100,000?

ONE. MILLION. DOLLARS?

Sort:

Unfortunately I believe there is a 0% chance it will be even close to 1 million. This is solely based on where we would be as a society. If bitcoin was in that sort of demand, other cryptos would fill that roll (e.g. Litecoin, XEM, etc). I'm invested in bitcoin, and use it other than for pure investing. Based on this, I believe it has plenty of room to grow.

Honestly, I cant see it above $10k, and I dont think that will be anytime soon at all.

I'm with you on the altcoins/other cryptos picking up the slack.

If we see a hyper-inflationary period in the US economy, though, it's possible that $10,000 might be in the rearview. (Of course, bread would be $27.50 a loaf.)

I think there´s a good chance that the price of bitcoin will reach $5000 by the end of the year.

I wish I had a crystal ball.

I did just see a TradingView.com post that said we'd see $5000 late summer - then a pullback to $2000. Then it goes up again, and finds $10,000 by this time next year.

no way dude.

This guy's prediction - not mine.

HODLer just in case.

It wont happen in my lifetime. Kim Dot.com thinks it will go up as high as $12,000

If he becomes a philanthropist, does he change his name to Kim Dot.org?
