Today I personally saw Ether gain quite a lot (and losing more a few hours after lol, but it seems to move upwards again slowly but surely).
But as an absolute winner I would have to say Ripple as well. It hit around 25% gains in my charts (which I run on cryptocompare). Ripple has been the most steady crypto in my portfolio for weeks now with very little ups and downs but today was something else. Did not even know why... but I found that Ripple were speaking today at a conference in a Dublin (and tomorrow) so that explains something at least. Also found out that an Abu Dhabi bank now works with Ripple and a bank in Japan as well. The don't disclose much info but every now and then something pops up... still hoping for that major rise upwards though.
Well I certainly do hope so, but it seems that the EU will have their own Ripple (without the somewhat confusing XRP) in 2019... so time will tell of course.

I think ripple is one of the Top 5 which will always be around and rise upwards together with bitcoin/ethereum... nice long term investment
