I totally disagree with you. The high volume on is as a result of binance using bots to gain higher volume (fake volume). Binance moved to Malta so as to avoid government scrutiny. They charge high listing fees which only ICOs can pay. Binance is shitty and is just popular because of ICOs and their fake volume
