I have been very fortunate in my crypto experience. My theory has been to:
- Invest in coins I believe will make a difference in a disrupted new economy
- Invest in coins and activities which generate income. Like Steemit, STEEM and SmartCash.
So far this has proved a winning formula, and although I'm nowhere near where I can retire from my day job or anything, if things keep going as they are, I, like many of us, will be in a much better position financially.
But here's the thing.
What goes around comes around.

This has been my experience on Steemit.
I am pleased and humbled to report that I have been the recipient of a lot of help, guidance, and friendship in the crypto-sphere. All this has helped me no end in getting to the position I am in now.
I have tried to give back too. I try (I'm not always successful) to reward comments on my posts - not spam of course.
I have also given a few SBD to newbies on steemit here and there as well to help them get started.
And today I helped a friend I have made through Steemit and SmartCash as well. Because I can.
What should we do with all this good fortune?

There is soo much free info out there it can get overwhelming for newcomers in the crypto space. Being an early adopter doesn't just mean you get to tell people you got into EOS at $.50 (like I did whoop whoop! I'm just kidding) but it means sharing your knowledge with those you care about. So everyone can benefit from this tech. Because that is what it is for. To give people the freedom they lost to big banks and governments and those who would oppress them.
I like this idea of spreading the love. How better to be a "bitcoin evangelist" than to spread some around?

Unfortunately it's not my day job!
Oh my gosh I love the little guys at the end :)) I've only been here on Steemit for a few days and I'm totally blown away by how kind and generous everyone is -- not in a monetary sense, per say, but in sharing knowledge and being honest about growth. It's hard to imagine a popular Instagrammer giving you their blueprint, other sites are so competitive. Keep doing your thing!!
