Telegram is a legitimate ico.... no dought it will be a force to contend with. The whitelist will consists mostly of whales, tough chance any of us will get in. The opening on exchanges will be a wild swing of hypes, where people will overpay and overbuy. But you won’t see me buying, because like most hype it will deflate back to reality.... at that moment it is safe to invest if you decided to do so.
