Pls newbies steemit not a ponzi site be patient u get there

Hi steemians hope ur day has been good mine has been ok i noticed a lot of newbies i invited are complaining about not getting upvotes and i want to deliberate on this.
Steemit is not a ponzi site where u think u can earn millions overnight without working, it takes hardwork to get upvotes,not becos u just started and u getting low upvotes should make u give up no,i remember my very first blog i got low upvote but i was happy becos i knew if i put im more effort it will come out good

Some make their first post and get it big and later dosent,so u shouldnt focus on peoples upvote,though u can look up to them and learn but regretting its not the solution but hardwork, everybody has its own time in life focus on what ure good at, ask questions, do research, attend meetups so u get to meet more people and exchange ideals.

Steemit has helped me am regretting not listening to my brother @tojukaka earlier but i am still glad am here,cryptocurrency is the trend of the day and if ure not into it ure missing alot, if u want to know more about cryptocurrency ask, read materials, and know the right one to invest in, i will try to make a post about that.
Please newbies stop comparing yourself with those that has been here for years, with time to get there,Rome wasnt built in a day so with hardwork and determination u get there.
