I totally agree with your analysis apart from where you state this might be a good investment. Seems to me this is a top heavy, marketing driven team, short on developers and any disruptive tech. They do not want to be responsible for anything , will not simplify the process of regulating securities tokens, and I can't see why KYC providers or stock markets would want to partner with them. But as you say they are very good marketeers so maybe they will get some traction.
