For people in Europe reading this, and wondering where to exchange their euros: I have succesfully used bitpanda.com multiple times for exchanging euros to Bitcoin or Ethereum. You can buy your coins with creditcard (up to 500€ per day) or by bank transfer.
Bitpanda has an online wallet for bitcoin, so if you are buying bitcoin that's all you need.
If you want to buy ethereum on bitpanda you first need a wallet somewhere else. You can either use the official wallet which takes a long time to sync, or you can use myetherwallet.com.
