Pienso que esta moneda será un fracaso y los que inviertan en ella tienen todas las de perder...I think Petro is fraud...

Right, a fraud or maybe rather a desperate try of working around US sanctions. Whatever it is it brings crypto closer to a general usage. I think this is a good news for the crypto.
