Women (or men) don't need to be pandered to as if special treatment is required for their overall lack of enthusiasm for cryptocurrencies etc. Those genuinely interested will come themselves. Women have proven that in general they don't share the same amount of passion for this early technology as men do (case closed). I work as a male registered nurse and don't pander to males or females about getting into nursing (or child care roles etc).

Most women would probably struggle to know what job Janet Yellen does for a job, or Christine Lagarde! When comes to film celebrities, women will likely dominate the conversation. Women overall have their own priorities, interests in life, tech and others. Diversity of interest between the sexes overall.
