I wonder if that agreements are really a strong cooperation deal or just a pump and dump.
If I were a big financial or technological company, I will strongly consider buy a considerable amount of one of this low market coins, make some cheap agreement to create a pump and sell.
This is great news. Though when they say "strategic partnership" I'm wondering what that really means. If WAVES is simply paying Deloitte to develop a legal framework then it's really not much of a partnership. It's a vendor/client relationship.
Regardless the fact that Deloitte is working with WAVES is still major news and a solid push for the platform moving forward.

Your thought process could be true. Deloitte is a consultant company and they are all about making that money.
