I'd really like to believe this... But I'd imagine it will be like mining pools rather than instant where a company will only deposit money if a certain threashold is reached by a certain date. Otherwise, it would be paid at the next payment date. Maybe a coin with no transaction fee can remedy this, but I'm worried companies will still want to hold on to their crypto as long as possible and pay out to everyone all at once on specified days.
