Yes, you read the title right CNBC, the financial news channel. I watch CNBC all day every day. And his greatly impacted my trading and investing career in the markets. But one thing I must stress DO NOT DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO, this is extremely important!!!! CNBC is so you can become smarter and more aware, you will stay up to date with all the release dates for economic data. You can follow along with earnings for every company, you will become familiar with the state of the US economy and global economy. Also, A LOT of very smart people come on to analyze markets and key economy factors. They speculate where the markets and economy is headed. You will learn the ins and outs of the corporate world, and hear from the biggest CEO’s in the nation. Lets just put it this way, the more you watch this channel, the smarter you will become and the faster you will become a great investor. BUT AGAIN DO NOT DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO. Take the information and let it make you smarter, take the key factors, learn about the strong and weak sectors, listen to gym Cramer yell your ear off, BUT DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR TRADING SUGGESTIONS. One thing you need to understand is that the way Wall street works, the analysts downgrade or upgrade stocks for the viewers to see, and then they do the complete opposite!! Either they pick up shares of their favorite companies once the viewers dump their shares like poor suckers, OR they sell their shares at higher prices because people will jump into buy because somebody on TV said it would be a great investment, only to have it get pumled. Like I said earlier, THE CHARTS NEVER LIE.
