1- American Retail Group or Simex Incorporated, a Nevada based digital assets exchange, has had their services suspended till 3rd November by the SEC after the company claimed that it had partnered with an SEC qualified custodian for cryptocurrency transactions like Bitcoin [BTC].
2 - Vertex Ventures, the venture capital arm of Temasek Holdings, said it made an investment in Binance to develop a fiat-to-cryptocurrency exchange in Singapore.The amount of the investment by Singapore's state investment firm wasn't disclosed. Binance, one of the world's biggest cryptocurrency exchanges, primarily handles trades between digital tokens.
3 - Cryptocurrency exchange Trade.io admitted to a security breach on Sunday. The company said that an unknown party has withdrawn over 50 million Trade tokens (TIO) from its cold storage wallets.The funds are worth over $7.5 million at Monday's TIO trading price. It is unclear how the hack happened.
