Bitcoin Core (https://bitcoin.org/en/download) is a desktop computer wallet for storing Bitcoin off of an exchange. It does take a VERY long time to download the blockchain (7 days or more!) so I would download it now and get it started well before the 01 Aug 2017 deadline! This is a very barebones software program on your computer, but I have found it reliable on my Win10 desktop.
That being said, separate your Bitcoin into different "wallets". Each wallet is more like an account, which you can make separate from each other, so you can store ten or more wallets with your Bitcoin, each with a different pass-phrase, so you can recover your Bitcoin even if one wallet is corrupted for whatever reason.
This is a good rule of thumb anyway, because no one should be storing all their Bitcoin on the same exchange - that is just asking to be a victim of exchange shutdown, hacking, confiscation, etc.
As far as printing out Bitcoin wallets from Bitcoin Core, I do not believe that is an option in Bitcoin Core.
