Australian banks blocking deposits to cryptocurrency exchanges!

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

According to multiple sources, including the one linked below, multiple Australian banks are blocking deposits to cryprocurrency exchanges and calling the transactions a security risk. These banks should look at the history of disruptive technologies (e.g., Uber, Airbnb) and the impacts they have had on the companies that focused on fighting the technologies as opposed to adjusting their business models to integrate them into their businesses.

but I want to ask you, how do you think about the development of 2018 bitcoin price in the future?
I just want to survey some peopleyour post is very interesting. @jmurphy074

I think bitcoin price (2018 or further) is a different conversation than financial institutions restricting deposits into the cryptocurrency market under the premise that it is a security risk. But, to your question, I think the overall cryptocurrency market continues to see substantial growth in 2018 and bitcoin has the first-to-market advantage. Bitcoin is the most well-known cryptocurrency, but as more people become educated about the other technologies available, I see Bitcoin continuing to lose market share of the overall cryptocurrency market.
